Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) stewed tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
