Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
