Ingredients:

  • 200g egg whites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 50g diced bell peppers
  • 50g diced onions
  • 200g OIKOS Triple Zero Yogurt
  • 200g blueberries
  • 20g dark chocolate (for dessert)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a non-stick skillet, heat a small amount of cooking spray or olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, sautéing until they are soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
