Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.
