Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
