Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced mushrooms, broccoli florets, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs with olive oil and the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix until the breadcrumbs are coated.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
