Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 pound pork shoulder, diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced chicken and pork to the skillet, season with garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meats are browned on all sides.
