Ingredients:

  • 1 lb London broil, sliced thinly
  • 2 brautwurst sausages, sliced
  • 1 lb beef liver, diced
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef or turkey)
  • 3 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 can beans (your choice, drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the sliced London broil and brautwurst to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced beef liver and ground meat. Cook until fully browned and cooked through.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture with beans, diced potatoes, and cream of mushroom soup. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread the cooked rice evenly over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the flaked canned salmon over the rice layer.
  8. If using, top with shredded cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
