Ingredients:

  • 4 Lidl protein rolls
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, etc.)
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Lemon juice to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the protein rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Lightly toast the rolls in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
