Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1-2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, turmeric, yellow mustard, hot sauce, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken marinates, cook the noodles according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the boiling water with the noodles. Drain and set aside.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the marinated chicken thighs and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. In the same skillet, add the cooked noodles and broccoli, tossing them to combine with any remaining juices and flavors from the chicken. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve the sliced chicken over the noodle and broccoli mixture, drizzling with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
