Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the slices of whole grain bread on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
