Ingredients:

  • 3 gelatin sheets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:
