Ingredients:

  • 4 gelatin sheets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries, for topping
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water for exactly 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is warm, but do not let it boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add the soaked gelatin sheets, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  6. Let the pudding set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
