Ingredients:

  • 4 gelatin sheets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water for exactly 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and sugar, and heat gently until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is warm (do not boil).
  3. Remove the gelatin sheets from the water, squeeze out excess water, and stir them into the warm cream mixture until fully dissolved.
  4. Add the vanilla extract to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into cute glass bowls and allow it to set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  6. Once set, gently press fresh raspberries onto the surface to create a marble effect.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
