Ingredients:

  • 4 gelatin sheets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water for exactly 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is warm but not boiling.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Once the gelatin sheets have softened, remove them from the ice water and squeeze out excess water. Add the gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into cute glass bowls and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
