Ingredients:

  • 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
