  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  4. Thread the marinated beef, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
  5. Season the kebabs with a little salt before placing them on the grill.
  6. Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
