Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), diced

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
