Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix turbinado sugar, brown sugar, sea salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil and lime juice. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well.
