Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together chili powder, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
