Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons peri-peri sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, peri-peri sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
