Ingredients:

  • 3 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2-3 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed for consistency

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, chopped jalapeno peppers, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, and a pinch of salt.
