Ingredients:

  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions:
