  • 55 gm sugar
  • 55 gm glucose powder
  • 6 gm pectin NH
  • 4 gm lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions:

  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
