Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 box gluten-free yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
