Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
