Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
