Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade for basting.
  5. Lightly oil the grill grates or a baking dish. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice caramelized glaze.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Slice the chicken and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
