Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice: egg, rice, or whole grain)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken seasoning, yellow mustard, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  2. Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).
  3. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing.
  5. In the same skillet, add the broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam for about 3-4 minutes, until tender but still vibrant.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with broccoli, tossing to combine. Slice the chicken thighs and place them on top of the noodle-broccoli mix.
  7. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce and hot sauce if desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
