Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp crystalized honey
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 dashes hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken seasoning, cayenne pepper, and turmeric. Mix well to create a marinade.
  2. Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs, cooking for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. In the same skillet, add the broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam for about 3-4 minutes until vibrant and tender.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the broccoli, along with the sliced chicken. Toss everything together, adding more soy sauce or hot sauce to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional hot sauce if desired.
