Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups cooked noodles (your choice)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs with onion powder, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, hot sauce, yellow mustard, turmeric, salt, pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and beef bouillon powder. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  5. In the same skillet, add the cooked noodles and toss them to combine with the remaining sauce. Add the steamed broccoli and stir until well mixed.
  6. Serve the noodles topped with the sliced chicken thighs and additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
