Ingredients:

  • 2-5 lbs. spiral cut ham
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, brown sugar, maple syrup, apple juice, and black pepper to create a glaze.
  3. Place the spiral cut ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
