Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen passion fruit pulp
  • 1 package Jell-O powder (any flavor that complements fruit, like mango or pineapple)
  • 2 tablespoons Knox gelatin
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the Jell-O powder until completely dissolved.
  3. Add the frozen passion fruit pulp and stir until well combined.
  4. In a separate small bowl, sprinkle Knox gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  5. Once bloomed, add the gelatin mixture to the warm Jell-O mixture, stirring well until fully dissolved.
  6. If desired, add sugar to taste and mix until dissolved.
  7. Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
