Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mashed uala (sweet potato)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made gluten-free pie crust
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (toasted, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
