Ingredients:

  • 2 cups UHT milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Food coloring (various colors)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the UHT milk over medium heat until warm, then whisk in the sugar and vanilla essence until dissolved.
  3. Add the cocoa powder to the warm milk mixture, stirring until fully incorporated and smooth.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  5. Divide the mixture into two or three bowls, adding different food coloring to each and mixing gently to create swirls.
  6. Pour the mixtures into serving glasses or molds, alternating colors to create a marbled effect.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy the colorful layers.
