Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, applesauce, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, whey protein powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
