Ingredients:

  • 2 large zucchinis
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Instructions:
