  • 1/4 cup grape juice
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple pectin
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
