Alfalfa and Grape Oat Blocks

These Alfalfa and Grape Oat Blocks are a unique twist on traditional oat bars. Infused with alfalfa powder for an earthy flavor and combined with the sweetness of grape juice and the creamy texture of oat milk, these blocks are both nutritious and satisfying. The lard adds a rich, flaky texture, while the guar gum helps bind everything together, making them perfect for a vegan-friendly snack or breakfast option.
