  • 1/2 teaspoon guar gum
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (e.g., almond or sunflower)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (e.g., cranberries or raisins)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, apple pectin, guar gum, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat milk, maple syrup, and nut butter until smooth.
