  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
