Ingredients:

  • 4 barramundi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the barramundi fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
