  • 6 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 cups of bread, cubed (preferably whole grain or sourdough)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups nut milk (such as almond or cashew milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
