Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and salt, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is bubbly.
  2. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and milk, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
