Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
