Ingredients:

  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50g cornflakes
  • 15g unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the milk chocolate and unsalted butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder and honey until well combined.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the cornflakes and pour the chocolate mixture over them, gently folding until the cornflakes are evenly coated.
  4. If using, add mini marshmallows and fold gently to combine.
  5. Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners or a small dish and press down gently.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
