Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made tart shell (shortcrust pastry)
  • 100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
  • 60ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 50g fresh raspberries
  • 30g amaretti cookies, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for sweetness)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over medium heat until just simmering.
  3. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
  4. If desired, stir in sugar to taste for added sweetness.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pre-made tart shell, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed amaretti cookies over the top of the chocolate layer.
  7. Evenly distribute the fresh raspberries on top of the tart.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set but still slightly soft in the center.
  9. Allow the tart to cool at room temperature before slicing.
  10. Garnish with mint leaves if desired before serving.
