Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 red pimiento, diced
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the garam masala, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
