  • 4 types of German sausages (e.g., bratwurst, bockwurst, weisswurst, and knackwurst)
  • 200g aged Gouda cheese, sliced
  • 200g smoked cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 200g fresh goat cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh baguette, sliced
