Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 pound ground pork (or chicken)
  • 1 cup finely chopped napa cabbage
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Water for steaming

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and water until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine ground pork, napa cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
